Description

The Midford Collection brings together a series of considered, hand-drawn designs that explore the quiet structure and beauty of the natural world. Inspired by the gardens, woodlands, and traditional motifs of the English countryside, each pattern reflects a refined approach to heritage style. With an emphasis on balance and form, the collection pairs botanical detail with a soft, contemporary edge. Drawn by Abigail in the studio and developed with care, these prints sit comfortably in both classic and modern settings. Working within our Serene Colour Sense, the collection is available in a range of calm, chalky tones - including the Romsey colourway, a grounded palette of leafy greens and soft neutrals. Whether used for upholstery, drapery, or statement walls, The Midford Collection offers versatile prints with a quietly confident presence. Considered. Timeless. Distinctly Abigail.

About the print

Castles in Raffs Blue offers a light, airy take on traditional structure. Framed within a fine diamond trellis, hand-drawn floral crests repeat with gentle precision, evoking the neatness of stitched samplers and early upholstery panels. The Raffs Blue motif brings a soft wash of colour against the parchment-toned ground, balancing heritage detailing with a cool, contemporary ease.

Part of the Midford Collection by The House of Abigail, Castles in Raffs Blue is perfect for bedrooms, landings, or spaces where quiet rhythm and subtle decoration are key.
